All vacuum products with weld joints are 100% helium leak tested.

Leak rate shall be <1x10^-9 pa.m3/S for HV and <1x10^-10~-12 pa.m3/S for UHV, or as your request.

Surface: Roughness (no scratches), Clean (oil free)

Dimension: Tolerance ISO 2768-mK

Material Certificate: 3.1B Certificate

Flange Caps: All the flanges are protected by plastic caps.

Double Plastic bags: Plastic bag for products to prevent scratches + plastic bag for cartons to prevent moisture

Double Package: Carton Inner package + Plywood Outer package
